Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by BAPTIST DIGITEK PRIVATE LIMITED. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

General Terms

  • All services, including web development, hosting, email solutions, and digital marketing, are provided as per the agreed project scope and timeline.
  • Any modifications or additional requirements beyond the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges.
  • Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals required for the completion of services on time.

Payment & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance as per the agreed pricing structure.
  • GST (18%) will be applicable on all services.
  • Payment delays beyond the due date will result in service suspension or late fees.
  • Annual renewal charges for hosting, domains, SSL, and email solutions must be cleared before expiry to avoid service interruptions.

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Website development timelines depend on project complexity and timely client feedback.
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans cover only the specified number of updates. Additional changes will be charged separately.
  • Any website downtime due to external hosting providers or unforeseen circumstances is not the responsibility of BAPTIST DIGITEK PRIVATE LIMITED.

Web Hosting & Domain Services

  • Web hosting and domain registrations are subject to availability and third-party policies.
  • The company is not liable for domain expiration if renewal payments are not made on time.
  • Clients must take regular backups of their website and data.

Email Solutions & Usage

  • Business email services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho) are provided as per third-party provider policies.
  • Misuse of email services, including spam and fraudulent activities, will result in termination of services without a refund.
  • Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials and passwords.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once a service is purchased and activated, it is non-refundable.
  • Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and email services cannot be canceled once processed.
  • In case of service discontinuation, prior notice of **30 days** must be provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability

  • BAPTIST DIGITEK PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any loss of data, business, or revenue due to technical failures, cyberattacks, or third-party issues.
  • The company is not liable for damages caused by improper usage of services by the client.

Confidentiality & Data Security

  • Client information and project details will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party without consent.
  • Clients must ensure their own cybersecurity measures to prevent unauthorized access to their website or emails.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
